Details
Lexi and Tucker’s intimate wedding ceremony and dinner party reception was a garden party dream. With only their families present, they were able to focus on intentional time with each guest and carefully curated details that wowed everyone. Their pastel, springy florals were absolutely stunning and the care that they put into every aspect of their dinner tablescape, down to the handwritten letters for place cards and butterfly details on the glasses, was so evident.
The Getting Ready Moments
Both Lexi and Tucker’s mommas were the once to help them get ready for their best day and it was so precious! My pregnancy hormones definitely couldn’t handle how sweet it was. When they were all ready to go, they decided to have a private first look and vow exchange. Their faces in the reaction photos say it all about their love – they are so giddy, so joyful, and so in love with each other. Tucker also got bonus points for making as many Taylor Swift references in his vows as he could for Lexi, because he knows how much she loves her music.
The Ceremony
As if their day was not intentional enough already, Lexi and Tucker asked her brother, Mateo to officiate their ceremony. They said “I do” in a private setting, surrounded by their closest family members, in the dreamiest garden. Everything about their ceremony was sentimental, sweet and joyful. The lovebirds even had a petal exit after their first kiss that made the day even more magical!
The Newlyweds
Lexi and Tucker feel like they embody “You are in Love” by Taylor Swift to me! (Throwing that one in their just for you sweet bride). They have a quiet but joyful, kind and overwhelming love for each other that is so evident in the way they look at each other and interact with one another. Their whole day, they both were watching each other shine and the happiness on their faces couldn’t be beat.
The Celebration
The new Mr. + Mrs. Hackett chose to do a lemonade bar for cocktail hour and mingle with their loved ones in the garden, before sitting down for their dinner party under the twinkly lights. The ambience of the whole evening was romantic, intimate and dreamy. They even saved me an assigned seat at the table with a handwritten letter as well – the sweetest gesture!!
